Our mission
To give women the headspace to think clearly, decide confidently and move forward with purpose.
Our Story.
“And yet, on the mountain, something shifted.”
It started as a girls’ ski trip — just a few days away for fresh air, movement and space from everyday life.
But on the mountain, something was hard to ignore.
There were so few women.
Chairlifts filled with men. Slopes dominated by male groups. Even the locals joked about “Manuary.” It was said lightly, but it landed heavily.
Where were all the women?
Back home, the reasons were familiar:
“I’ll be too slow.”
“I don’t want to hold anyone back.”
“I haven’t skied since having kids.”
“I couldn’t justify it. The guilt would be too much.”
None of these women lacked capability.
They lacked permission.
And yet, on the mountain, something shifted.
“Her Edge was born from that realisation.”
With no inboxes, no noise, no multitasking — just breath, movement and focus — the mind quietened. Thoughts that had been circling for months finally had space to land.
It wasn’t just time away.
It was headspace.
And in that headspace came clarity — about fear, about guilt, about how rarely women give themselves time to properly think about what they want and what’s next.
Each small act of courage reminded us: Confidence isn’t something you have. It’s something you practise.
Her Edge was born from that realisation.
“Because somewhere inside, there is a part of you that still wants more. And she’s ready..”
That space, movement and shared experience can unlock clarity.
That women don’t need saving — they need time, permission and the right environment to meet themselves honestly.
To step away from the noise.
To move.
To think.
To choose what’s next.
Because somewhere inside, there is a part of you that still wants more.
And she’s ready.

“At the heart of everything I do is connection - connecting people to brands, experiences and each other in meaningful ways.
I’m the founder of No Name. Extra Brain, Nook & Huddle, and now co-creator of Her Edge. All built around a belief in connection, community and the power of the right environment.
My career has taken me from working with household brands to supporting small business owners and founders, but the thread has always been the same: cutting through noise and bringing focus to what actually matters, whether that’s the business you are building or the environment you need to focus. Bringing the right people together in a way that sparks clarity, energy and new thinking.
I believe women don’t need more noise or more information they need the right room. The kind that creates perspective, unlocks ideas, and gives them the confidence to move forward. That’s what led to Her Edge.
With Her Edge, we’ve created a space where women can step out of the day-to-day, challenge their thinking, and connect with others who just get it. It’s where conversations go deeper, ideas sharpen, and momentum builds.
I bring the strategic and connective side of the experience — shaping the room, guiding the conversations, and making sure every woman leaves clearer, more confident, and ready for what’s next.
I can’t wait to bring this to life with you.”

“I love nothing more than building purpose-led brands and bringing together communities of brilliant, like-minded women. I created Nimble & Wild Pilates and the space: at 2a, and I’m the co-creator of Her Edge — all built on that foundation.
I believe that when women are given the space to reconnect with themselves, physically and mentally, everything shifts.
After experiencing burnout, physical pain, and the pressure of balancing a demanding career with young children, I found my way back through movement. Pilates became more than exercise; it was a way to rebuild strength, create headspace, and restore confidence in my body and mind.
That experience shaped Nimble & Wild. I created the thing I was looking for but couldn’t find anywhere else: an evidence-based approach to Pilates designed to help women feel strong, capable, and at ease in their bodies again.
Alongside this, I created the space: at 2a. It’s a calm, design-led environment centred on community, connection, and wellbeing. It brings together practitioners who support women to pause, reset, and reconnect.
Across all of my work, the thread is consistent: creating environments where women can step out of the noise, feel supported, and come back to themselves.
With Her Edge, I bring this philosophy into a new setting. We’re finding beautiful locations to combine movement, headspace, and shared experience. We’re helping women think clearly, challenge themselves, and move forward with confidence.
I can’t wait to share all of this with you.”
